FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AT THE COLUMNS


How soon should we book?

-Certain months tend to book out earlier than others, but generally 6 months to one year in advance is sufficient to make sure you get a desired date.  All rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.


What do we have to do to secure the date?

-Rooms and dates are only secured with a non-refundable $500 deposit and a signed Rental Agreement.  


Do you offer centerpieces or chaircovers?

-Yes!  Centerpieces are included with the rental of your room.  Chaircovers can be added to any event for $4.00 per chair.  You can coordinate a colored napkin to match the bow on your chair for just 50 cents more!


Where is the best place to park and how do I get there?

-We have conveniently included a parking map along with directions on our website!


How do we order our cake?

-A Piece of Cake is the baker used for our wedding cakes.    You design your cake with them personally.  Call today to make an appointment (317-887-2253).


Can we add additional time?

-Additional time may be purchased at the end of your event at the cost of $150 per hour.   You can purchase this additional time up to 20 minutes before the end of your event!
